Nou MARSAL
My name is Marsal Nou, though my first name
is pronounced Marsel. I come from Tubusereia village in the Central Province of
Papua New Guinea, and I attend Gohu Local United Church, which is about a
20-minute drive from the main town.
I grew up in a church-oriented family,
where Sunday School and Youth Fellowship played an important role in shaping my
faith. After graduating from tertiary school in 2020, I became actively
involved in ministry, serving as a Sunday School teacher, Youth Ministry
Chairman, and later as the Superintendent for Children’s Ministry for three
years. Currently, I continue to serve my church as a teacher and Youth Leader.
I am the eldest of four siblings and
currently work for the Government of Papua New Guinea at the Department of
Lands and Physical Planning as a Systems Administrator, a role I have held
since 2023. I am grateful for the opportunity to be part of the Council of
World Mission TIMs program and look forward to learning and sharing with
everyone.
