- everyone gets to speak and give their reflections
- everyone gets asked a follow up question

- the session is recorded / or a summary of the session is made, inclusing key points made by participants (this is the evidence that everyone has done the work)
Note: Everyone should have a go at leading/facilitating and Everyone should have a go at being the recorder.

Each TIM to take a photo and make a mission reflection, based on Manila visit 24-26 July.
As you move about the key questions are:
1) what is the significance of the photo?
2) what scripture shapes your thinking?
3) what does this have to do with Filipino culture or context?
4) what are the implications or arising questions for mission?
5) how might this impact your ongoing work?
